Days
Energy and routine. What your morning light, your movement and your timing are doing to the rest of the day.
- Heart rate and heart-rate variability through the day
- Steps, skin temperature and blood-oxygen readings
- Anchors you can actually keep

Solune = sol + lune. Sun and moon. A family of tools for living well by day, resting well by night, and moving in between.
Your energy, your sleep and your training are one system, not three hobbies. SoluneFit is built around that idea — starting with an app that reads your wearable, learns what normal looks like for you, and helps you move the balance in the direction you want.
One system, three rhythms
A rough night shows up in tomorrow’s training. A hard session shows up in tonight’s heart rate. A steady morning quietly sets up both.
Most tools pick one of these and ignore the other two. SoluneFit is built on the loop — and on the idea that the useful question is never “what is normal?” but “what is normal for me, and what moved today?”
Energy and routine. What your morning light, your movement and your timing are doing to the rest of the day.
Sleep, recovery and dreams. A live view while you sleep, and an honest morning picture — labeled as the estimate it is.
Movement, heart and training. The pulse that runs through both halves of the circle and ties them together.
A short night taxes tomorrow. Broken sleep often turns up as a higher resting heart rate and less appetite for a hard session.
A hard session changes the night. Big training loads can lift overnight heart rate and stretch out how long it takes you to settle.
A steady day sets up the night. Light, movement and consistent timing are the levers most people can actually move.
How it adapts
There is no population average buried in here that you are being measured against. The loop is deliberately simple.
Read the signals your band or watch already produces — heart rate every second, beat-to-beat intervals, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, skin temperature, steps.
Build “your normal” from your own history. A resting heart rate that is high for you is the signal; whether it is high for anyone else is noise.
Machine learning tunes the thresholds that matter — when your smart-wake window should fire, how bright a sunrise you need, when a night looks unusual for you.
Say something useful, in plain language, and then stop talking. A suggestion you can act on beats a dashboard you have to interpret.
Said plainly: sleep stages, REM and similar measures are estimates inferred from movement and heart signals on your wrist. They are useful for spotting your own trends. They are not a sleep-laboratory result, and SoluneFit labels them as estimates, with a confidence level, wherever it shows them.
The toolkit
SoluneFit is meant to grow into a family of tools. This is where it starts.
First tool
The brain of the system. Night mode, the morning graph, your baselines, the alarm, your exports — and the thing that drives everything else.
Compatible hardware
Light and sound where you actually sleep: a simulated sunrise, a wind-down, and experimental lucid-dream cues. The app drives a compatible smart mask — we do not manufacture hardware today.
Bring your own
Reads any Android wearable that shares to Health Connect, plus a deeper direct mode for the Hume band and the Galaxy Watch.
Your data
Sleep data is about as personal as data gets. So the default is the boring one: it lives on your device, and you can take it with you.
There is no account to create, because there is no server waiting for one. If you want a backup, you make it, you encrypt it, and you keep it.
In development
SoluneFit is being built in the open. There is nothing to buy and nothing to install yet — the honest status is in development. What there is, is the writing: plain-English pieces on routines, sleep, training and the devices that measure them.
